Raised in Portland, Oregon I had many highs and lows in my young adult life, ranging from my involvement in the Bridge Builders program all the way to me being incarcerated. Having these different experiences helped me to see the gaps and issues for people in the minority communities and where assistance was needed, and its starts with our youth! I have a background in social human services, public speaking, business management, class facilitator, and a plethora of other skills and experiences I am eager to share and use to help make our kids futures brighter.
I am the Father of 6 beautiful kids and a shoulder to all our youth.

Tasha Pierce is the Vice President of Records at York Academy, based in Portland International Airport. She has held this position for the past 17 years. Tasha has a daughter named Taraji. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, shopping, and spending quality time with her family.
One of her primary professional goals is to empower the youth.
